Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an ETL System Administrator. This role requires expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining large-scale data integration systems using InfoSphere DataStage. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting the InfoSphere DataStage environment, including installing, configuring, and troubleshooting servers, as well as providing training and support to business users on the use of InfoSphere DataStage tools and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain large-scale data integration systems using InfoSphere DataStage.
• Manage and support the InfoSphere DataStage environment, including installing, configuring, and troubleshooting servers.
• Provide training and support to business users on the use of InfoSphere DataStage tools and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize data integration projects.
• Develop and implement data quality checks and data validation rules.
• Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot issues with data integration processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• 8+ years of experience in data integration, ETL, or related field.
• Expertise in InfoSphere DataStage 11.x or newer.
• Strong understanding of database drivers (DBX, ODBC, JDBC) and their applications.
• Experience with UNIX and Windows scripting.
• Working knowledge of Python and REST API.
• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS and Azure.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Desired Experience:
• Experience with IBM CloudPak technology/CloudPak for Data.
• Familiarity with CI/CD process using Jenkins/UdDeploy/Git.
• Knowledge of Integrated Development Environment (IDE).
• Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, SQL Server, etc.
