The luxury book publisher founded by Prosper and Martine Assouline has published over 1,500 titles across international markets on subjects including architecture, design, fashion, gastronomy, lifestyle, photography, and travel. We are looking for a highly organized and proactive E-Commerce Associate to support our growing digital wholesale business across Shopify Plus, Amazon Seller Central, and other marketplace platforms. This role is instrumental in maintaining accurate product listings, ensuring strong brand presentation, and supporting cross-functional teams in merchandising, marketing, and logistics.

B2B eCommerce
• Oversee product uploads, content refreshes and merchandising of US and EU B2B E-Commerce sites on Shopify Plus
• Act as main point of contact for external sites developers to troubleshoot site bugs and oversee user experience improvements
• Partner with wholesale sales teams on platform education and end client adoption
• Collaborate with digital marketing teams on weekly product launches, email campaigns and seasonal promotions
• Conduct weekly and ad hoc reports and identify opportunities for platform improvement
Amazon Seller Central
• Act as main point of contact for external full-service Amazon agency to upload product, refresh content, coordinate advertising, and replenish inventory in a timely and strategic manner.
• Collaborate with internal demand planning and analytics teams to optimize inventory assortment.
• Liaise with internal logistics teams on a timely order fulfillment and control over returns and damages.
• Ensure excellent brand presentation through regular data and content accuracy audits.
• Maintain awareness of competitive landscape and identify opportunities for growth within Amazon marketplace.
Other Marketplaces (including Over The Moon, 1st Dibs, Complex)
• Act as main point of contact for third-party marketplaces to ensure excellent brand presentation and product listing quality across all channels.
• Partner with Redpoints agency to identify and report counterfeit listings or brand abuse on platforms such as Etsy and AliExpress.
General Requirements
• Strong attention to detail and discerning visual eye
• Strong project management and technical skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficiency with Shopify Plus, Amazon Seller Central preferred
• Experience with global markets
• Strong analytical skills and data storytelling expertise, with fluency in MS Excel
