Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, test, and maintain firmware for embedded systems.
• Collaborate with hardware engineers to integrate firmware with hardware components.
• Debug and troubleshoot firmware issues and optimize performance.
• Implement communication protocols and interfaces such as I2C, SPI, UART, and USB.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality code and adherence to best practices.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to define and implement firmware requirements.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in firmware development for embedded systems.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++.
• Strong understanding of microcontrollers, processors, and hardware interfaces.
• Experience with debugging tools and techniques.
• Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with RTOS (Real-Time Operating Systems).
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Knowledge of signal processing and control systems.
• Experience with wireless communication protocols (e.g., Bluetooth, Wi-Fi).

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $75.00/hr.
