About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced EV Charging Technical Support Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about the electric vehicle industry and has a strong background in technical support.

Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing pre-sales and after-sales technical support to customers, including resolving technical issues, gathering customer requirements, and communicating them effectively to our R&D department. Additionally, they will be responsible for creating and delivering technical documentation and training materials, as well as compiling repair case studies.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field, such as electrical engineering or computer science, and at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. You will also need strong communication skills, a strong working methodology, and good pressure resistance. Fluency in English is essential, with Dutch and Chinese being a plus.
