Job Description / Responsibility
• Partner network & related end user’s service
• Receiving customer complaint and taking action to resolve.
• Escalate any unsolved issue and follow up & Maintain the ticketing system and other troubleshooting tools.
• Ensure the SLA.
• Ensure the monitoring system.
• Documentation & reporting.
• Ensure uninterrupted service.

Educational Requirements
• Bachelor of Science (BSc)
• Diploma in Engineering
• Skills Required: MTCNA, CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate)

Experience Requirements
• At least 1 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
