About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced software developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, developing, and deploying web-based applications using C#, .NET MVC, .NET Core, SQL Server, JavaScript, and TFS.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and deploy web-based applications using C#, .NET MVC, .NET Core, SQL Server, JavaScript, and TFS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and implement solutions.
• Develop and maintain high-quality code that meets company standards.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding best practices.
• Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in software development.
• BS/MS degree in MIS, CS, or related discipline.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred skills: Object-Oriented Programming, N-Tier Architecture, software testing, design patterns, Agile/SCRUM, DevOps, and Windows Workflow Foundation (WF) development.
Preferred Qualifications:
• MS ASP.NET Certification.
• Experience working with RDBMS and databases.
• Behavior Driven Development (BDD) experience.
Work Environment:
This is an onsite position based in Rockville, MD, requiring a weekly presence on Monday through Friday.
Additional Information:
We welcome candidates who hold a USC or Green Card as preferred qualifications.
