Inovace Technologies Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior SEO Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will support the execution of SEO strategies to enhance website visibility, drive organic traffic, and improve search engine rankings.

Responsibilities
Basic SEO
• Implement on-page, off-page SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
• Conduct in-depth KW research to identify gaps for content optimization and campaign planning.
• Optimize contents (meta tags, headings, images, etc.) and landing pages.
• Execute link-building strategies to enhance DA, PA.
Technical SEO
• Perform weekly technical SEO audits to identify crawl errors, broken links, or slow page speeds, and implement fixes.
• Fix schema markup, robots.txt, XML sitemaps.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
• Track and analyze key SEO metrics using tools like GA4, GSC, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
• Generate weekly reports with actionable insights and your plan for the next week’s performance improvement.
• Submit leads collected from the website weekly.
Paid Search
• Perform research for PPC campaigns, optimize ad copy, and analyze campaign performance.
• Understand bidding strategies and collaborate on paid search initiatives that align with organic efforts.
Collaboration & Trend Monitoring
• Work closely with content creators to ensure all digital assets align with SEO best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates (e.g., Google core updates).
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging opportunities.
Time Management & Pressure Handling
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Thrive in high-pressure situations by prioritizing tasks effectively to meet strict deadlines set by the SEO Manager.
• Demonstrate flexibility in adapting to changing priorities without compromising quality.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in SEO or digital marketing roles (internships included).
• Experience managing PPC campaigns across platforms like Google, Bing, YT Ads is preferred.
• Proficiency in using SEO tools such as GA4, GSC, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog.
• Solid understanding of on-page SEO (e.g., content optimization) and off-page techniques (e.g., link building).
• Familiarity with technical SEO concepts like site speed optimization, structured data, and mobile-first indexing.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data into actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to work under pressure while meeting tight deadlines effectively.
• Google Analytics or Google Ads certifications are a plus.
• Experience in B2B marketing or lead generation campaigns is advantageous.
