Kitescript is looking for Junior UI / UX Design

Job Description: You will be responsible for researching based on an idea given from the team and present it with aesthetically pleasing designs. You will be responsible for designing user-centered digital experiences that are visually compelling and easy to use. You will work directly with our team. The job is heavily dependent on your creativity than the expertise of using software.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and enhance user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user behavior and improve experiences.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma, Sketch or Adobe XD
• Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and consistency
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design
• Develop and maintain design systems and UI guidelines(Very important)
• Gather and analyze user feedback to iterate and enhance designs

Educational Requirements
• Higher Secondary
• Skills Required: UI and UX Design

Experience Requirements
• 2 to 4 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Software Company

Additional Requirements
• Proven experience as a UI/UX designer with strong portfolio showcasing design work
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD and Photoshop
• Strong understanding of user centered design principles and best practices
• Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing
• Knowledge of HTML,CSS and Javascript is a plus
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, fluency in English
• Ability to work independently and mange multiple projects
• The candidate might be given the task to read books related to UI/UX to improve their skillset.
