Job Summary: Design end-to-end product experiences, advocate for user-centered design, and collaborate with product managers and developers to create best-in-class solutions.

Detailed Responsibilities
• Advocate for an integrated, consistent design across the end-to-end product experience.
• Promote a user-centered approach that drives business growth.
• Design end-to-end experiences for multiple connected features, use cases, and form factors.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Developers.
• Deliver high-quality designs for mobile, tablet, and desktop experiences.
• Produce rapid prototypes.
• Promote user-centered decision-making.
• Employ human-centered design techniques (conceptual models, personas, user flows, wireframes, prototypes).
• Develop documentation for engineering, marketing, customer support, and content creation.
• Utilize UX & UI methodologies.
• Lead and participate in collaborative discovery and design efforts.
• Provide user and usability insight.
• Collaborate with project management to discover revenue-generating possibilities.

Required Qualifications and Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, interaction design, or computer science.
• 2-3 years of experience in UX designing and Product Designing.
• Hands-on experience with MVP launch.
• Sound understanding of Human-Centered Design, Design Audit, Design Guidelines.
• Proficient in Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator.
• Basic understanding of Product lifecycle and agile development.
• Experience in FMCG, Software Company, Agro firms, Farming, Agro Startup, or Fintech Startup.
