Long-Term WordPress Developer Needed. Divi Capable, SEO, and Plugin Management

Job Description
We are seeking a long-term web developer proficient in the WordPress Divi platform. The ideal candidate will handle website updates, perform SEO tasks, manage local listings, and ensure plugins are monitored and updated regularly. If you have a strong background in WordPress development and a commitment to keeping websites optimized and functional, we would love to connect with you.
We are a small agency and work mostly with local businesses and non-profit organizations.
Our ideal candidate would have the following qualities:
• Comfortable developing sites in the WordPress platform using the Divi builder.
• An ability to do backend coding when needed
• Minor photoshop/photo editing ability (resize images, crop, etc)
• Comfortable with AI writing tools when needed
• Comfortability with backend web development (Setting up email servers, transferring sites, etc).
• Ability to respond to emails within a reasonable time frame Monday - Friday 9AM-5PM CT (Note: it is rare that we NEED same day turn around and we're very flexible with your schedule and other clients, but we do need someone who can keep communication lines open and respond within a couple of hours to questions)
The job hours vary and are extremely flexible. We would be launching with a major site update for a larger non-profit. After that project is complete, I would suspect 3-5 hours / week.
