Job Description
We are looking for a Node.js Developer to help review our implementation and suggest best practices. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Node.js concepts, SQL databases, RESTful APIs, unit testing, and should be comfortable working with Node.js and TypeORM.
This role requires a problem-solving mindset, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
• Develop, test, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js and TypeORM.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs for seamless integration with frontend applications.
• Optimize application performance and database queries for efficiency.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Implement unit and integration tests using Jest to ensure code quality and reliability.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in backend development.
Nice to Have
• Experience with NestJS (not mandatory but a plus).
