Job Description: As a PHP Framework Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our company's technology stack. You will be responsible for consolidating our existing web applications, implementing new frameworks, and introducing unit testing. This role requires a strong understanding of PHP, frameworks like Symfony, and front-end technologies such as React. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently and communicate effectively within a scrum team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Consolidate multiple web applications into a cohesive codebase.
• Implement frameworks (moving towards Symfony) and clean up existing code.
• Introduce and implement unit testing.
• Refactor database queries in SQL Server.
• Collaborate with a team of developers and an architect.
• Work independently to create and modify code based on project requirements.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in backend development.
• Strong knowledge of PHP frameworks, particularly Symfony.
• Experience with front-end technologies, especially React.
• Proficiency in unit testing and code refactoring.
• Experience with SQL Server and database query writing.
• Ability to work in a scrum environment and collaborate with the development team.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and deliver concise, high-quality code.
