Your Mission:
• Turn Ideas into Beautiful, Functional Designs: Wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity visuals—you name it, you create it.
• Champion User Experience: Research, test, and refine until users fall in love with every click and swipe.
• Collaborate with Tech Wizards: Work closely with developers and product managers to bring designs to life without losing their soul.
• Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep up with design trends, emerging tools, and industry best practices.
• Lead & Guide: Mentor junior designers, give constructive feedback, and push for designs that make an impact.

Superpowers You’ll Need:
• 3+ years of proven UX design experience, specializing in mobile and web apps.
• A strong portfolio that showcases your best work.
• Flexible & adaptable—willing to work at least 2 hours during Canadian time zone hours (adjustments can be considered).
• Master of design tools like Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• User research expert—you translate insights into impactful designs.
• Top-notch communication skills—you know how to handle clients and collaborate with your team.
• Customer-focused mindset—ego aside, user needs first.
• Problem-solving guru—you define, prioritize, and tackle complex design challenges.
• Project leadership experience—you can take ownership of large-scale, high-impact projects.
