Job Description
IMPORTANT: We are NOT looking for a web developer! We want a Product Manager to co-ordinate the two sites, the product roadmap and to work with developers, designers and other consultants.
We’re looking for a Product Manager to oversee the development and monetisation of two newly acquired WordPress websites. The ideal candidate will have experience in product strategy, website development, and lead generation, as well as working with agencies, freelancers, or developers to enhance site performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Monetisation Strategy: Implement and test lead generation strategies using existing tools from our main platform.
Lead Magnets & Landing Pages: Develop and launch case summary and mentor network lead magnets to capture user data.
GDPR Compliance: Ensure sites comply with UK/EU data protection laws, including server migration and cookie consent solutions.
SEO & User Experience: Improve site structure, design, and content for better discoverability and engagement.
Tracking & Analytics: Set up referral and sign-up tracking to measure performance and optimise results.
Requirements:
Experience in WordPress product management and working with cross-functional teams.
Understanding of GDPR compliance and website data protection requirements.
Ability to manage freelancers/agencies to execute technical tasks.
Strong analytical skills to track user behaviour, conversions, and site performance.
