Job Overview
C4 Technical Services is seeking a senior software engineer to build and maintain the API and data models powering our virtual care platform. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge technology.
Your Responsibilities
• Design, develop, test, and debug new and existing API endpoints, services, and data models for multiple Ruby on Rails applications.
• Work closely with architects and product owners to create conceptual designs and technical specifications for client-side application work.
• Collaborate with quality engineers to create and deliver test plans including automated user testing and integration specs to meet quality objectives.
• Mentor other engineering colleagues in software engineering principles and techniques.
Requirements
• 4-6 years of experience working on Ruby on Rails applications.
• Deep understanding of software engineering principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts and ideas to both engineering and non-engineering members of the team.
