Job Description:
• Develop, maintain, and optimize software solutions using Ruby, Rails, ActiveRecord, Mongoid, and Python.
• Work with data manipulation across databases like MySQL, MongoDB, CSV, XML, and JSON.
• Utilize Ubuntu Linux and Proxmox VM to manage software and system operations.
• Configure and manage server hardware, networking, and firewall rules.
• Collaborate with a team of experts to continuously enhance our proprietary software and improve efficiencies.
• Innovate and solve complex challenges to support our mission of delivering efficiency and predictability in the mailing industry.
Requirements:
• Expert-level proficiency in Ruby, Rails, ActiveRecord, Mongoid, and Python.
• Experience with data manipulation across MySQL, MongoDB, CSV, XML, and JSON.
• Familiarity with Ubuntu and Proxmox VM.
• Strong understanding of server configuration, networking, and firewall rules.
• Bonus: Experience with ReportLab and TX TextControl.
• Must be able to work on-site in Holbrook, NY (Monday–Friday).
