At People Work Places, we are building an innovative HR platform that will help businesses automate HR management tasks, maintain a personalized records-keeping database, and streamline employee management through a monthly subscription model. The platform needs to be scalable, secure, and user-friendly, integrating key features such as document storage, payroll and benefits management, event scheduling, and collaboration tools.

We are open to hearing from both React/Node.js full-stack developers and WordPress experts, as we want to evaluate the best approach for building this system. There are clear advantages to both, and we are interested in understanding how each type of developer would structure the project, optimize for SEO, and handle integrations with third-party tools such as Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, ADP, QuickBooks, and Stripe.

A React/Node.js developer would likely take a custom approach, allowing for greater flexibility in automation, role-based access controls, and unique workflows tailored to our users. However, this approach would require a higher level of development effort, a more structured backend infrastructure, and careful consideration of SEO challenges, given that React is not natively optimized for search engines.
