Maintain contact and liaison with reference group like BUET, LGED, PWD, PGCB, PDB, WASA, DESA, RHD etc.

o Arrange various workshop, mason-meet, user meet, and events, campaign, program, seminar for engineers.

o Meet with the owners of ongoing projects like; House owner, Engineers and Masons.

o Promote company's brands in all institutional development sectors.

o To address customer complaints and coordinate with Supervisors.

o To interact with consumers and provide information about products or services.

o Frequent field visit for Technical Support to the Sales Team to meet the sales target.

o Maintain regular communication channel with client to promote own brand to use in their construction work.

o Solve technical claims of own brands as a client service.

o Responsible for giving engineering and technical support to client.
