Description:

Healthcare Information System Limited (HISL) is a leading provider of digital healthcare solutions, committed to improving healthcare accessibility through technology. They are looking for an experienced Senior Flutter Developer (Full-time / Contractual) to join their team and contribute to the development of innovative mobile applications. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing high-quality, user-friendly mobile applications using Flutter. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in mobile app development and a strong understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless and efficient solutions that meet our clients' needs.

Responsibilities:
• App Development: Design, develop and maintain high-performance mobile applications using Flutter for Android and iOS.
• API Integration: Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services to ensure smooth communication between the app and backend systems.
• Testing & Debugging: Conduct unit tests, integration tests and UI tests to ensure application stability and robustness.
• Collaboration: Work closely with backend developer and project manager to deliver high-quality applications on time.
• Version Control: Utilize Git and GitLab for source code management.

Requirements:

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) or a related field. Candidates with strong development experience from other academic backgrounds are also encouraged to apply.

Technical Requirements:
• Experience: At least 4 years of experience in mobile app development, including 2+ years specifically in Flutter.
• Flutter & Dart: Strong expertise in Flutter framework and Dart programming language.
• State Management: Proficiency in one or more state management approaches (Provider, Riverpod, GetX or BLoC).
• Native Development: Basic knowledge of Android (Kotlin/Java) and iOS (Swift/Objective-C) for platform-specific integrations.
• API Integration: Experience with RESTful APIs, Firebase and WebSockets.
• Database Management: Experience with databases like SQLite, MySQL.
• Deployment: Experience with app deployment to Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Testing Frameworks: Knowledge of Flutter testing frameworks such as Mockito and Flutter Driver.
• Agile & Scrum: Experience working in Agile development environments.
