• 60 Days: Take ownership of multiple React and React Native codebases, driving improvements in architecture and addressing technical debt. You will explore back-end Node.js microservices and demonstrate your capability in making impactful changes.
• 90 Days: Lead the back-end development of Node.js microservices, implement optimizations, and mentor junior team members. You will use your insights to suggest performance improvements and other best practices.
What We’re Looking For:
Your ability to solve problems and attention to detail are essential as you tackle development challenges. Strong communication skills are necessary for collaborating with team members and guiding junior developers. Time management skills will help you excel in our dynamic environment.
Technical Proficiencies:
You should be adept in Node.js, Express, React, Redux, and React Hooks, with a solid understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS. Experience with AWS Cognito, DynamoDB, PostgreSQL, or Microsoft SQL Server, as well as familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest will be important for maintaining robust applications. Knowledge of CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions and cloud deployment tools like Terraform will be highly valued.
