About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Full-stack Developer with a strong focus on backend development to handle feature requests, scaling challenges, and core infrastructure enhancements as the company continues to grow. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Python & JavaScript and hands-on experience with React.js on the frontend.
Additionally, prior experience with VoIP technologies such as WebRTC, SIP, and IP PBX is a significant plus.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain robust backend systems using Python or JavaScript (Node.js).
• Collaborate with the frontend team to integrate applications with backend services.
• Optimize databases like Postgre
SQL, MySQL, or SQLite for performance and scalability.
• Work with AWS services (EC2, RDS, S3) to manage cloud infrastructure.
• Implement VoIP technologies for real-time communication features.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and scale systems to handle increasing workloads effectively.
Minimum Requirements:
• 1-5 years of experience as a Full-stack or Backend developer.
• Proficiency in either Python (Django, Flask) or JavaScript (Node.js, Express.js).
• Hands-on experience with frontend frameworks like React.js.
• Strong understanding of relational databases (Postgre
SQL, MySQL, SQLite).
• Familiarity with AWS core services (EC2, RDS, S3) for cloud infrastructure.
• Solid knowledge of algorithms, data structures, networking protocols, and CS fundamentals.
Good to Have:
• Prior experience working with VoIP/Real-time communication technologies:
WebRTC, SIP, IP PBX.
• Knowledge of building SPAs using React.js or other JavaScript frameworks.
• Familiarity with Web Sockets for real-time features.
