About the Job:

The Senior Python Developer will be responsible for maintaining the code base of the application, fixing bugs or errors in the code, developing new features or maintaining existing features, and improving the performance of an application.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain the code base of the application by ensuring it is up-to-date and well-documented.
• Identify and fix bugs or errors in the code to ensure smooth application operation.
• Develop new features or maintain existing ones to meet business requirements.
• Improve the performance of the application by optimizing code and implementing efficient solutions.
Requirements:
• 10+ years progressive experience in HR and software development.
• Proficiency in Python programming language.
• Experience with AWS (Step Functions and Lambdas) and pipeline development.
• Ability to work effectively with developers and engineers.
