Job Description / Responsibility
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven SEO Team Lead/Manager to join our Digital Marketing team. This role involves overseeing SEO initiatives, optimizing online presence, improving project rankings, and managing a team to ensure efficient execution of strategies. The SEO Team Lead will report directly to the Head of Digital Marketing and will be responsible for ensuring all SEO strategies align with overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Leadership & Strategy: Define clear team goals, delegate tasks, and oversee daily operations to meet project deadlines and business objectives. Lead and mentor a team of SEO specialists to optimize performance.
• SEO Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement SEO strategies to enhance website visibility and drive organic traffic.
• Budget & Resource Management: Create and manage monthly budget proposals for multiple projects while ensuring cost-effectiveness.
• Performance Tracking & Reporting: Utilize SEO tools like Hootsuite, SEMrush, Moz, and Ahrefs to track, analyze, and report on SEO performance.
• KPI Management: Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators such as organic traffic growth, conversion rates, keyword rankings, bounce rates, and domain authority. Adjust strategies accordingly to maximize results.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Provide actionable recommendations based on analytics to refine strategies and improve rankings.
• Keyword Research & Content Optimization: Conduct in-depth keyword research and optimize content to improve search engine visibility.
• Industry Trends & Compliance: Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Educational Requirements
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
Experience Requirements
• 5 to 7 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
• Software Company,E-commerce
Additional Requirements
• Certifications: Professional Google Analytics, GA4, and Professional Backlinking certification preferred.
• Experience: 5–7 years in B2B, B2C, or online marketplace environments.
• Technical Skills: Expertise in SEO tools, digital advertising platforms, and data analytics.
• Team Management: Proven experience in leading and mentoring an SEO team, ensuring performance and strategy execution.
• Business Communication: Exceptional communication skills (IELTS 7.0+ equivalent), with a customer-oriented mindset.
