We are seeking an experienced Software QA Manual Tester to ensure the quality, functionality, and usability of our newly revamped website. The project involves testing a WordPress-based site with a focus on various integrated features and functionalities.

Main Website Features:
Comprehensive information about the agency
Visitor analytics
News and Articles section
Events page
Careers, About Us, and Organization Hierarchy
Inventory list
PDF viewing capability
Contact Us and FAQs with search functionality
Venue Rental Integration:
Booking venues via application forms
Review and approval workflow for bookings
Issuance of permits
Application status search by Application Number, Assessment Number, or Permit Number
Payment integration through an existing payment gateway
Additional Notes:
The site uses WordPress with plugins from an approved list only.
Existing data and content from the previous WordPress website will be migrated to the new site.
The website must be responsive for Desktop, Tablet, and Mobile.
Testing should also include a custom WordPress admin panel plugin designed to optimize the admin staff’s workflow.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive test cases and checklists for all website features.
Conduct functionality, usability, and compatibility testing across devices and browsers.
Test the migration of data and ensure accuracy.
Verify the integration and functionality of plugins, including the custom plugin.
Identify, document, and report bugs and issues with detailed reproduction steps.
Collaborate with the development team to ensure fixes are applied and verified.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in manual testing of WordPress-based websites.
Familiarity with testing website responsiveness on different devices and browsers.
Experience in testing custom WordPress plugins.
Strong understanding of workflows for booking and approval systems.
Attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
Basic understanding of WordPress backend and plugins.
Experience testing payment gateway integrations.
Knowledge of content migration and testing for accuracy.
