Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for a Software Quality Assurance Analyst! You will be working as part of an extended team supporting a consumer-facing platform that is tightly integrated with client back-end systems and is accessed tens of thousands of times each day. The team works on a coordinated two-week sprint cycle with client partners to continually update and extend platform functionality and content. You will be expected to learn and understand the platform integration model, the workings of the platform admin tools and the runtime business rules applied by the platform. Working with other team members you will use this knowledge to develop, maintain and execute regression and development verification test plans on a recurring basis.

Your Responsibilities:
• Review task request to understand the scope, requirements and expected outcomes
• Create test case scenarios from task specifications
• Examine data and conditions for expected outputs with no unexpected changes
• Document your findings from the QC review and testing
• Take ownership of your work, including researching, fact checking, proofreading, and asking for help when you need it
• Work with internal teams to escalate problems and/or errors to ensure they are resolved/corrected
• Adhere and contribute to improving internal QA processes and associated documentation

You Must Have:
• 1+ years of relatable experience
• Working knowledge of quality assurance methodologies
• Familiarity working with Azure DevOps and SQL Server Management Studio
• Critical thinking skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent work ethic

We Would Also Prefer:
• Exposure to coding

The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $65,000 - $75,000. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation’s total compensation and benefits package for employee.
