Role Overview:

Client is seeking an experienced AEM Fullstack Lead Developer to drive the development, testing, and content integration pipeline for a high-impact website project. This freelance role is a 4-month engagement with a major global brand, with the potential for extension. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in AEM 6.5+, Java, OSGi, and front-end technologies, ensuring best practices in development and mentoring other team members.Day-to-Day Responsibilities:• Lead AEM 6.5+ development and implementation efforts.• Develop and integrate back-end (Java, OSGi, Sling) and front-end (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, SCSS, Webpack) technologies.• Ensure seamless CI/CD deployment in Adobe Experience Manager as a Cloud Service.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including front-end and back-end developers.• Provide technical mentorship and enforce best practices in AEM development.• Troubleshoot and resolve issues to enhance developer productivity and content integration.• Maintain project timelines and uphold quality standards.Must-Have Requirements:• 5+ years experience as a Fullstack Developer.• Strong expertise in AEM 6.5+, Java, Sling, and OSGi frameworks.• Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, SCSS, Webpack).• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools.• Ability to mentor developers without AEM experience.• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Nice-to-Haves:• Experience with Spring Boot applications and AWS deployments.• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.• Previous experience leading AEM-backed web projects for global brands.
