Job Description
• Codes, tests, debugs, implements, and documents highly complex programs. Develops complex test plans to verify logic of new or modified programs.
• Designs systems and programs to meet highly complex business needs. Prepares detailed specifications from which programs are developed and coded. Creates appropriate documentation in work assignments such as program code, and technical documentation.
• Gathers information from existing systems, analyzes program and time requirements. Prepares time estimates and justifications for assigned tasks and provides recommendations to project managers.
• Supports project personnel in resolving fairly complex program problems. Provides technical advice on complex programming.
Required Skills and Competencies
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 8+ years of strong experience with .NET framework (Especially with C#, ASP.NET, Windows Communication Foundation (WCF), Entity Framework)
• Strong SQL skills, including proficiency using Stored Procedures and views
• Experience with MVC framework, Angular JS / Knockout JS or Bootstrap
• Inversion of Controls (AutoFac or StructureMap)
• Experience with UML and Object Oriented Design, Analysis, and Programming
• Experience working with MOQ testing framework
• Ability to work with team members to understand the business requirements and to assist with the development of effective solutions to meet the client's needs.
• Sound knowledge in design and implementing SOA, WEB API and Web Services based projects
• Knowledge of software development methodologies - preferably AGILE.
