Job Description
I am using Formidable Forms on my WordPress website to create a contract form. However, when a user submits the form, the default entry view only displays the information they filled out, rather than showing the entire form, including static text and explanations.
I need a WordPress expert with experience in Formidable Forms to:
Customize the form entry display so that all fields (including static text fields) appear when viewing a completed form entry.
Set up a custom View in Formidable Forms to display the full contract with user inputs.
Ensure the contract is properly formatted for easy viewing and printing.
Send this form automatically via email to myself.
Requirements:
Must have experience with WordPress and Formidable Forms.
Strong knowledge of Formidable Views and entry display customization.
Experience with PDF generation for WordPress forms (if applicable).
Ability to communicate clearly and provide instructions if needed.
Deliverables:
A fully customized entry view that displays all form fields, including explanatory text and user responses.
(Optional) A PDF generation feature that allows me to download or email the full contract after submission.
Instructions on how to edit/update the setup in the future.
