Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Lead - Ruby on Rails to join our team as a Senior Front-End Developer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, and front-end development fundamentals. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for refactoring our customer activation flow into Rails and leading front-end efforts.
About the Role:
• Proven experience as a Rails developer with a strong front-end background (React/Node.js).
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to strategic technical decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Spearhead the development of our customer activation flow using Rails.
• Collaborate with the team to design and implement innovative solutions.
• Develop and maintain high-quality code that adheres to industry standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Strong experience with TypeScript, Node.js, and front-end development fundamentals.
• 10+ years of experience in Full Stack development.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
