Job Description
• Dispatch field technicians for access control and security camera services.
• Monitor and manage service requests via the company portal.
• Log information into CRM and maintain accurate records.
• Answer calls via virtual phone and respond to customer inquiries.
• Pass relevant details to technicians to ensure efficient service.
• Be on-call as needed for urgent dispatch requests.
• Conduct research and provide quick solutions to client questions.
• Coordinate with team to ensure smooth operations.

Must Haves
• Open to Filipino citizens residing in the Philippines only.
• Mid-level of experience in IT, dispatch, or field coordination.
• Experience working with Amazon, Comcast, or similar companies is a plus.
• Strong communication skills
• Familiarity with virtual phone systems, CRM logging, and portals.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work under pressure.

Home Office Requirements
