Responsibilities

• The client is looking for highly experienced Testing/Quality Assurance professionals with a proven background in UAT Testing, Pilot Testing, Smoke Testing, QA Testing and other related testing phases utilizing various testing methodologies and tools such as, but not limited to Selenium, QC ALM, SQL, Oracle11+g
• The incumbents will utilize these tools, the data/scenarios provided and their proven experience to perform various testing and Quality Assurance tasks such as but limited to building and maintaining test plans, test suites and End to End business processes of work to ensure that the client meets quality requirements
• The incumbent will participate in all SDLC Testing phases for all client programs
• The incumbent will provide detailed reports on all testing metrics utilizing PM tools and MS Office, Jira, SharePoint etc
• This individual will be working closely with the client and its partner agencies to ensure the agencies’ priorities are met
• This is a position in the client implementation project
• Formulates and defines systems scope and objectives based on both user needs and a thorough understanding of business systems and industry requirements
• Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operation time, and form of desired results
• Includes analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements, and translation into proper system requirements specifications
• Provides consultation on complex projects and is considered to be the top level contributor/specialist of most phases of systems analysis, while considering the business implications of the application of technology to the current and future business environment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field or equivalent experience;
• Software Development Lifecycle experience
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Visio to develop flow diagrams/ process diagrams
• Proven hands-on working experience in UAT testing utilizing various testing techniques, methodologies, tools (Selenium, QC ALM, SQL, Oracle 11g+)
• Must have hands on UAT experience with building, maintaining test plans, test suites, writing & executing E2E test cases, managing defects
• UAT experience with writing test scripts according to End to End business processes to work, support and help the non-technical Business SMEs
• Proven hands on experience in very complex and large web based application (portal) testing using Interfaces, web- services and APIs
• Hands on experience in HP QC ALM 11.5 with requirements to test cases to defects traceability, execution Defect tracking & reporting using sql scripts
• Experience working as a tester/QA on an IT Health Care System Project
• Exp. in Healthcare industry specifically into latest health reform laws with any prior state/federal projects (SNAP/TNAF/MAGI/Non-MAGI etc
• Exp. in IBM Curam, Master Data Management (MDM); Business Process
• Strong understanding of technical terms, database & Architecture designs with the ability to interact with Technical Team Leaders in Arch& Dev
• Team player, quick responsive, individual contributor, coordinator, adaptive to accept changes in complex environment; Task/Goal driven
• Strong analytical skills; Proficient Time-management ability; Detail oriented; Excellent written & verbal communication
• Have client facing skills; Have vast knowledge of testing techniques to cover all possible corner E2E cases for UAT testing with V&V
