Job Overview:

As a UI/UX Frontend Designer at GiniLytics IT Solutions, you will work closely with developers to design and implement intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing user interfaces. Your role will combine creativity with technical expertise, as you craft user-centric designs that enhance the user experience across web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate must be highly creative and possess a strong design mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
• Designing User Interfaces: Create intuitive and visually engaging user interfaces, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and meet user needs.
• Collaboration: Work closely with developers to transform design concepts into responsive web and mobile applications.
• User Research & Prototyping: Conduct user research, gather insights, and design wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups that bring your ideas to life.
• Design Systems: Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI component libraries for consistency across all projects.
• Interactive UI Features: Implement dynamic and interactive UI features using modern frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Iterative Design Process: Test, analyze, and iterate on designs based on user feedback and usability testing to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UI/UX design to ensure innovative design solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Experience: 2-4 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates your design expertise.
• Design Tools: Proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop, Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator or similar.
• Frontend Development: Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, and JavaScript.
• Frameworks: Hands-on experience with modern JavaScript frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• WordPress: Experience with WordPress theme design is a plus.
• Responsive Design: Experience in creating responsive designs with a focus on user experience across devices.
• Communication: Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
