Key Responsibilities:

· Teaching & Instruction:Deliver engaging lectures, workshops, and hands-on sessions in UI/UX design principles, processes, and tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, and user research).

· Curriculum Development:Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the UI/UX curriculum, ensuring it reflects current industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

· Mentoring & Support:Provide one-on-one mentoring and guidance to students on their projects, helping them refine their design process and problem-solving skills. Encourage students to think critically and creatively about design challenges.

· Assessment & Feedback:Design and assess assignments, projects, and exams to measure student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their learning experience.

· Industry Collaboration:Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest developments in UI/UX design by participating in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities. Integrate real-world case studies and industry practices into lessons.

· Student Engagement:Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment, encouraging student participation, teamwork, and creative thinking.

Qualifications & Skills:

· Skills:

o Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.).

o Strong understanding of UX research methodologies, prototyping, wireframing, and usability testing.

o Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex design concepts in a clear and engaging manner.

o Knowledge of HTML/CSS and JavaScript is a plus.

o Ability to assess and provide constructive feedback to students.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
