Remote Customer Service Representative (Tax Season)
Job Summary

Earn extra money this tax season and make a positive impact on our customers' tax filing experience. We are seeking reliable, motivated individuals to provide exceptional customer service for our tax-related products and services in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide courteous and efficient customer support via phone, email, and chat during the busy tax season.
• Answer questions regarding tax filing, products, services, and account information.
• Assist customers in troubleshooting issues related to their tax filings or software.
• Document and track customer interactions and issues in our support system.
• Meet performance targets related to customer satisfaction, response time, and first-call resolution.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude even during high-demand periods.
Requirements
• Reliability: Be dependable and consistent, especially during high-demand periods leading up to and after Tax Day.
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Comfortable working independently in a remote work environment.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to stay calm and collected when dealing with customers who may be experiencing stress.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
• Commitment to working during the tax season peak periods (February through April).
