THE OPPORTUNITY We're looking for a talented Full Stack Web Developer to join the digital marketing team at Cyera. This role will be responsible for maintaining, optimizing, and updating our Webflow website. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team as well as external vendors to create web pages that are focused on user journey, and optimized for performance and SEO, aligned with our branding and messaging. You should possess strong coding skills and a solid understanding of the Webflow platform, enabling you to build and implement custom features as needed. RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage and update the Cyera website on Webflow, ensuring it is responsive and optimized for performance. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement web design projects, including landing pages, blog posts, and other digital assets. Write clean, maintainable code to enhance website functionality and design, while avoiding code bloat. Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, including bugs, broken links, and performance optimization. Proactively optimize site speed. Take initiative and ownership over the functionality of the website. Consider the buyer journeys, user experience, accessibility, overall look and feel, and reducing friction. Work closely with our external vendors, including but not limited to- Webflow agency partner, SEO agency vendor, Design agencies. Stay up-to-date with Webflow updates and best practices to leverage new features and improve the website. Requirements REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 5-8 years of web development experience required. Deep experience working with Webflow, including site management and custom code implementation. Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Familiarity with design tools such as Figma. Must be able to receive designs from Figma and build directly in Webflow. Basic understanding of SEO best practices and web analytics tools. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Detail-oriented with strong QA and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in B2B tech preferred, cybersecurity a huge plus. COMPENSATION INFORMATION: In addition to a standard benefits and equity package, we offer a generous salary. Final compensation will vary based on seniority and relevance of experience, location, and position requirements.
