Job Description

Responsibilities

• The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our host site infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of our hosting environments, and maintaining our WordPress websites to meet our organization's needs
• Maintain & monitor cloud host server performance and troubleshooting issues related to server hardware, software, and network configurations
• Perform regular backups, security updates, and patches to maintain system integrity and security
• Manage cPanel and WHM for hosting accounts, including account creation, resource allocation, and troubleshooting
• Implement and maintain security protocols within cPanel/WHM environments to safeguard against unauthorized access and vulnerabilities
• Provide support to users for issues related to cPanel and WHM, including email configuration, DNS management, and file transfers
• Leverage multiple channels to identify and engage potential clients, building a diverse and robust lead pipeline across various sectors
• Conduct in-depth assessments to understand our client’s marketing needs, target demographics, and overall business objectives
• Craft and present persuasive sales proposals that emphasize the advantages and ROI of digital marketing services, including SEO, PPC, social media, display ads, and content marketing
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure the seamless execution and delivery of digital marketing campaigns
• Track campaign performance, analyze results, and provide clients with actionable insights and strategic recommendations
• Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites according to client and organizational requirements
• Implement responsive design, plugins, themes, and other functionalities to enhance user experience and website performance
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to WordPress, including plugin conflicts, theme customization, and performance optimization
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to internal teams and clients as needed
• Document processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps to enhance knowledge sharing within the team
• Collaborate with other IT professionals to ensure seamless integration of systems and processes

Requirements

• Strong experience in managing our hosting account
• Expertise in WordPress development, including theme and plugin customization
• Understanding of web security best practices, including SSL certificates, firewalls, and malware prevention
• Familiarity with DNS, email services, and database management
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
