Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Part-Time Remote Web Developer to oversee both our WordPress content management and HubSpot CRM integration. This role involves refreshing, cleaning up, and modernizing our website, optimizing content for SEO, enhancing user experience, and driving traffic to key forms on our website. This position will also entail a close collaboration between our WordPress site and HubSpot CRM to streamline our digital marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Content Inventory and Replacement: Create a list of existing content, identify outdated assets, and replace them with newer ones provided.
• Website Refresh and Modernization: Update and modernize the website's look and feel using new templates while maintaining functionality.
• SEO Optimization: Optimize all pages and content for search engine optimization to improve visibility and traffic.
• User Experience Enhancement: Observe and optimize the user interface to enhance user experience and drive traffic to key forms and information.
• Integration: Facilitate the integration of digital triggers and sequences, connecting our WordPress platform with HubSpot CRM to streamline user interactions and marketing automation.
Qualifications:
• WordPress and HubSpot CRM Integration: Demonstrated expertise in integrating WordPress with HubSpot CRM systems.
• SEO Best Practices: Deep knowledge of SEO strategies and techniques to maximize search engine rankings.
• User Experience and Traffic Growth: A solid history of improving user interaction and increasing web traffic.
Details:
• This is a remote position allowing for a flexible work schedule but you’re still expected to maintain reliable communication through Slack.
• The role requires a commitment of approximately 20 hours per week.
