Job Summary: GW Capital is seeking a skilled in house Web Developer & SEO Specialist to join our growing team. This candidate will be a motivated professional with experience in HubSpot, WordPress, and (preferably) Divi, who can manage and optimize our websites while driving online visibility. Duties / Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain websites using WordPress and HubSpot CMS.
• Implement and manage SEO strategies, including keyword research and on-page optimization.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create landing pages and lead generation funnels.
• Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, ensuring optimal performance and speed.
• Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot Reports.
• Stay up-to-date with web development and SEO trends, implementing best practices.

Qualifications / Experience:
• 1-3 years of experience in web development and SEO.
• Proficiency in WordPress (including themes, plugins, and customization).
• Experience with HubSpot CMS (or willingness to learn).
• Bonus: Experience with Divi Builder.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs).
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
