About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated WordPress Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will manage and maintain our suite of WordPress websites, ensuring each site functions smoothly and reflects our brand’s standards. You will work closely with our marketing and communications teams to update content and optimize performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily management of multiple WordPress websites to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Update website content, themes, and plugins, ensuring compatibility and adherence to best practices.
• Monitor website performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with external vendors when necessary.
• Generate regular reports on website traffic, performance metrics, and user engagement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with our brand messaging.
• Assist with website backups, migrations, and routine security updates.
• Maintain documentation and standard operating procedures for website administration.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience managing WordPress websites.
• Strong understanding of WordPress CMS, including plugin management, theme customization, and security measures.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
