Team Size: 15 - 20 Staff Members
Project Objective:
We are seeking a seamless solution that allows our teachers to easily create and manage pages on our WordPress site, with minimal interaction with the back-end.
Requirements:
• Teachers should be able to create and edit pages easily, without needing access to the back-end of WordPress.
• We will provide access to Elementor, but with a restricted selection of widgets (not the full range), ensuring a simple user experience.
• Once a page is completed, teachers should be able to submit the page for review via a "Submit" button.
• After submission, the page must be automatically deleted from the site.
• Upon submission, all relevant page information (such as title, text content, images, and galleries) must be automatically emailed to our team.
In addition to standard content, each page should have fields for assigning extra values, such as:
• A Deadline for the project.
• A Staff Assigned field to identify the team members working on the page.
Deadline:
The solution must be fully implemented and ready for use by 16th December.
