We’re Coral Realty, a real estate company looking to revamp our online presence. Our current WordPress website has broken features, lacks scalability, and needs a design refresh. We’re seeking an experienced developer and designer to rebuild it using the Salient theme and WPBakery page builder, blending our existing style with inspiration from other sites.

We love the modern look and larger font sizes of our current design, but some elements need updating. The project requires both development (fixing bugs, ensuring scalability) and design (elevating the aesthetic while keeping it cohesive). The site will consist of 10-15 pages, ranging from simpler ones (e.g., a team page) to more complex ones (e.g., a buy/sell page, a portfolio page for our listings). New features include a blog, a template page for new listings (we’ll populate the listings ourselves), and a portfolio page to showcase our properties.

Scope:

Rebuild a 10-15 page site using Salient and WPBakery.

Fix broken features and optimize for scalability.

Design a modern, professional look inspired by our style and inspo pages.

Add a blog, a reusable listings template, and a portfolio page.

Requirements:

Expertise in WordPress, Salient theme, and WPBakery.

Strong web design (UI/UX) and development skills.

Experience troubleshooting and fixing WordPress issues.

Portfolio with modern, professional WordPress sites (real estate experience a plus).

Clear communication and a collaborative mindset.

Timeline:
