We are looking for an experienced WordPress developer to build a fully functional referral and rewards program for our website. We have already hired two freelancers who were unable to complete the project, so we need someone who is highly skilled, reliable, and able to deliver exactly what we need.

Project Scope:

Referral Program:

1. Create a referral system where existing clients can refer new customers.

a. If a referred client hires us, the referrer can choose between:

- A $100 voucher (usable on future services, expires in 2 years, capped at 3 per year).

- A $50 direct payment via Zelle (or another method).

- The system must track referrals, automatically issue vouchers, and allow admin verification before processing rewards.

Rewards Program:

- Implement a voucher-based system (no points).

- Clients must create an account/portal to manage and access their vouchers.

- Vouchers should be tiered:

- Essential (First-time clients)

- Elite (Clients who referred or used us 3 times)

- Premier (Clients with 3+ referrals or projects, who get exclusive deals)

- Admin should be able to send promotional emails and reminders when vouchers are about to expire.

- Vouchers should be applicable only to tree-trimming projects (minimum $600).

Technical Requirements:

- Custom plugin development OR modification of an existing referral/reward plugin (if feasible).

- Secure user portal where clients can see their referral history and rewards.

- Automated email system to send vouchers, reminders, and promotions.

- Integration with Zelle (or alternative) for cash rewards.

- Mobile-friendly UI and well-designed voucher templates.

Who We Are Looking For:

- Proven experience in WordPress plugin development (MUST provide examples of previous custom plugins).

- Experience with referral programs, loyalty rewards, or voucher systems.

- Strong PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, and WordPress customization skills.

- Knowledge of payment integrations (Zelle API or alternatives).

- Ability to build secure user accounts/portals within WordPress.

- Good understanding of email automation & voucher design.

- Clear communication and commitment to deadlines.
