I need a highly skilled Wordpress developer who specializes in Elementor to help me re-build a webflow site in Wordpress with Elementor.

I am a highly Wordpress and Webflow Developer but need assitance in completing this job because I don't have time so I will be strict on making sure the site is properly built and well-optimized.

The website is 11 pages (several of the pages have the same layout with different content), there is actually only 8 different page designs. Budget $200, 11 day timeline.

Here's what's important to me and what I'll be looking for when reviewing the website so only apply if you believe this role fits you well - Don't waste your upwork credits applying if you are not 100% certain that you can achieve what I need. I need:

✅ Perfect attention to detail. You should be able to visually understand things like spacing, margins and padding to make sure your work is accurate to the design. I've worked with 30+ developers and this is a common issue. You should be able to notice and ensure things like font sizing, line spacing, icon sizing, image sizing, and more are all correct and accurate to the design. This will also include paying attention to where animations should be, and adding correct animations. Must double check your work. Ideally I don’t want to have to provide you with feedback on things that need to be fixed. You should identity these things yourself and fix them yourself.

✅ Proper Elementor Structuring using flexboxes/containers. Most developers I've worked with incorrectly use containers making the site not properly optimized for all devices. You should understand how to correctly use containers using best practices of top developers.

✅ Keep Images, Icons, and Logos high resolution and properly optimized for the website. If SVG's are available for icons and logos, you should be using SVG's. If you are using images, they should be optimized to load properly while maintaining resolution so it looks crisp.

✅ Proper understanding of CMS/Custom Post types using ACF. We will need ACF for 2 collections on this website.

✅ Ability to add code when needed and strong understanding of the Wordpress ecosystem. If there is a function we can't use built-in widgets for, you may be required to use some code. Your coding doesn't need to be incredible but it should be effincient enough to solve issues at hand.

✅ Logical thinking and common sense. The way you build the site must have logic and common sense.

✅ No overusing plugins. We like to keep our sites safe and secure which means using minimal plugins. Typically we use elementor, elementor pro, lightspeed cache, ACF, and that should usually be enough. Occasionally we use other plugins but try to handle most with code.

✅ Speed and performance optimization. Making sure images, content, and code are optimized to keep our site running smooth and fast.

✅ Understand the importance of deadlines and communication. The person I hire should be able to adhere to the deadlines they accept, no excuses with regular updated on progress.
