Need someone proficient in Wocommerce and some knowledge of learnpress to give us a function that will allow us to make an api call or webhook where if someone purchases a learnpress course directly offline we can call the api - and wocommerce/learnpress order is generated for that user

we will pass course id / user details / payment method etc in the api - if the user is new then even the user should be created using wordpress api or if user exists then the new order/course gets added to the existing user

learnpress may have a default method to for order api https://docs.thimpress.com/learnpress/developer-guide/rest-api/ but we have not been able to resolve/figure it out

please give us an independent function or module that we can add to our site - don't modify any plugin files
