We are seeking an experienced WordPress Developer with a proven track record of creating and maintaining high-performance websites. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of WordPress, SEO best practices, hosting solutions, and third-party integrations. As a Senior WordPress Developer, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing WordPress websites for our clients. You will work closely with our design, content, and marketing teams to create seamless, user-friendly, and SEO-optimized web experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain custom WordPress themes and plugins
• Implement responsive designs and ensure cross-browser compatibility
• Optimize website performance and loading speeds
• Integrate third-party APIs and services
• Implement SEO best practices and optimize websites for search engines
• Manage hosting environments and perform server-side optimizations
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex WordPress issues
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership
• Stay updated with the latest WordPress trends, technologies, and best practices

Requirements:
• 10+ years of experience in WordPress development
• Proficiency in developing custom WordPress themes and plugins
• Strong understanding of WordPress core, including hooks, actions, and filters
• In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices and implementation techniques
• Familiarity with various hosting environments (shared, VPS, dedicated, cloud)
• Experience integrating third-party APIs and services
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with popular page builders (e.g., Elementor, Beaver Builder)
• Knowledge of WooCommerce and e-commerce best practices
• Familiarity with security best practices and implementing website security measures
• Experience with performance optimization tools and techniques
• Understanding of UX/UI principles

Note: Full-time position, working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Compensation:

The payment range for this position may vary based on factors such as experience, education, and additional responsibilities.

Starting pay for this role ranges from $20.00 - $30.00 per hour.
