Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented
WordPress Website Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will
have expertise in Elementor for website design and customization, as well as
Tutor LMS for managing and troubleshooting online courses. This role involves
providing technical support, maintaining website performance, and assisting in the
development of new features.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for WordPress website.
Manage, configure, and troubleshoot issues related to Tutor LMS, including
course creation, student management, and plugin updates.
Ensure website security, performance, and responsiveness.
Assist in resolving technical issues, including plugin conflicts, speed
optimization, and mobile responsiveness.
Work closely with instructors to enhance the online learning experience.
Required Qualifications:
MUST BE FLUENT IN BULGARIAN
Interview website
Proven experience with WordPress, Elementor, and Tutor LMS
Strong understanding of WordPress themes, plugins, and best practices.
Familiarity with website performance optimization and security measures.
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and PHP
Experience with WooCommerce and payment gateways is a plus.
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or within a
team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of SEO best practices for WordPress.
Familiarity with database management and server-side troubleshooting.
Previous experience with email plugins like MailChimp, MailPoet and
Newsletter.
Previous experience with Tutor LMS Monetization
