We have an existing website build in Wordpress (https://lungesforlunch.com/) which is designed in Avada Theme (e.g. https://avada.website/dance-studio/).

We would like to make an update on the website using one of the prebuilt website designs that you can find on Avada's website.

How do you:

1. Set up the design without tampering with the live version of the site?

2. Shift to the updated site design without messing with the existing content, history, payment integrations etc.?

I am looking for one who can help guiding me (I want to set it up in the new design myself and use existing elements in the prebuilt design) and potentially set up a test environment. We have a staging environment for wordpress right now but we are not sure if we can use it for this specific case.
