This role involves handling Email, Data Analysis, Live Chat, Troubleshooting, Technical Support, and more. Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Gorgias CRM. Manage Email, Data Analysis, Live Chat, and Troubleshooting tasks. Address customer queries efficiently and handle backlogs. Maintain professional and engaging communication with a focus on quality. Ensure effective use of Gorgias by brands.

Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of Customer Service experience is required. Familiarity with Gorgias or similar CRMs is a plus. Proficiency in English and strong organizational skills. Experience in Technical Support and Troubleshooting. Technical ability, problem-solving skills, and flexibility. Leadership or management experience is desirable.

Technical Requirements:
Must have a personally-owned PC or laptop with at least an Intel i5 processor (or its equivalent) A minimum internet speed of 15mbps for both upload and download
