I need a plugin added to a wordpress site (fusion theme). The plugin is needed to capture certain data and allow an admin user to create a username, pw and enter personal info (name, address, email, phone, membership ID # and CEUs (continuing education credit unit). then input/upload certain data. Later each contact will have the ability to login with their username and PW and view the data but not edit anything.
